Think you’ve got the fastest hands (and the sharpest knife) in the kitchen? We’re looking for pros—or aspiring pros—to compete in the 2nd Annual Oyster Shuck Off—happening during the Yorktown Wine & Oyster Festival on Saturday, October 3 at 3 p.m.
